- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

- Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.

- Fold in the oats, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
