  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Cooking Steps
  1. Season chicken breasts evenly with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, shaking off the excess.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and a thermometer reads 165°F.
  5. Remove chicken to a plate and tent with foil.
  6. Melt butter in the skillet and scrape up the browned bits.
  7. Sauté minced garlic for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
  8. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  9. Whisk in Parmesan cheese gradually until the sauce is smooth and velvety.
  10. Stir in Italian seasoning and half the parsley; return chicken to the skillet to simmer for 2 minutes.
  11. Garnish with remaining parsley before serving.
