Dough Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Baking
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Press a halved marshmallow, cut side down, onto the top of each dough ball.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Chill the dough to prevent spreading. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
