- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan and chill in the refrigerator.
- Beat heavy whipping cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla to the cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the marshmallow fluff and salt until well combined and airy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with an offset spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
- Warm the remaining marshmallow fluff slightly and spread over the cheesecake.
- Garnish with mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers before serving.
