Ingredients
  

Wraps and Protein
  • 2 pieces large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced
Vegetables
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Creamy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

Steps
  1. Whisk Greek yogurt, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and salt in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds per side.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture over the tortillas, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer the chicken, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, and avocado over the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  7. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Best served chilled or at room temperature.
